Every plan includes 3 channels. The Basic plan connects WhatsApp Messenger, Messenger and Instagram. The Professional and Advanced plans connect the WhatsApp Business API, Messenger and Instagram. Messenger and Instagram connect by authorizing your Facebook and Instagram pages.

WhatsApp Messenger uses the number you already have on your phone: you link it and start replying from the CRM. The WhatsApp Business API is Meta’s official business connection: it supports approved message templates, higher volume and does not depend on your phone being on. Basic uses the former; Professional and Advanced use the official API.

The free trial lasts 7 days and includes full CRM access with no features cut. We ask for a payment method to activate it, but we never charge before day 8. Cancel earlier and you pay nothing.

There are three plans, priced in US dollars: Basic at 75 USD/mo (3 users, 5 pipelines, 5,000 conversations, 15 GB), Professional at 110 USD/mo (4 users, 10 pipelines, 20,000 conversations, 100 GB, watermark-free bot) and Advanced at 199 USD/mo (5 users, unlimited pipelines, 50,000 conversations, 200 GB, watermark-free bot). Quarterly billing saves 10%, semi-annual 15% and annual 20%.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your subscription settings and the change applies immediately with prorated billing. You can also downgrade at the end of your current period.

Your messages are never lost. When you approach the conversation limit we warn you inside the CRM, and you can extend it with the +15,000 conversations add-on for 7 USD/mo. Additional users cost 8 USD/mo each and can be added on any plan.

No. Connecting WhatsApp takes a couple of minutes, and Messenger and Instagram are authorized with your Facebook account. There are no servers to install and nothing to code. If you get stuck, our Spanish-speaking support team helps you over WhatsApp.

Each company gets its own workspace with an isolated database: your conversations are never mixed with other customers’. Traffic to our servers is encrypted with TLS and passwords are stored securely hashed. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Yes. Every seller gets their own account, conversations are assigned per seller, and pipelines can be configured with full or partial visibility so each seller only sees their own deals if you choose. The account owner sees everything, including per-agent analytics.

Yes. The Colab Bot greets every new customer, shows a menu of options you define and routes the conversation to the right pipeline and tag. On Professional and Advanced the bot carries no watermark; on Basic you can remove it with a 16 USD/mo add-on.

Colab CRM works in any country: you only need your messaging channels and a browser. Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and card payments are processed securely through WOMPI. The product and support are in Spanish.
